About the Role
Build LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI agent systems for US and UAE clients. You will need 4+ years of Python, experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, and a portfolio showing production AI features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release product capabilities.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain high code quality.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and continuous delivery automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar senior-level engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a clear sense of ownership over delivery quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones.
